Support Solutions
No two companies needs for IT support are the same. We therefore have no
two support agreements the same. Support contracts are tailored to the
needs and the budgets of the customer and include any combination of the
services below. If the service you require is not listed below, please
contact us to discuss further options.
Remote IT Support
We can help keep your organisation's IT functioning as it should by
connecting you with a qualified professional who will either talk you
through any problems you may encounter over the phone or by taking
remote control of the system concerned using our remote support tools.
The scope of the support can be customised to include only business
critical servers, all servers or all PCs and all servers. Similarly we
can tailor the agreement to support all IT calls including help and
advice with Microsoft applications, or fault calls only. Your choice.
We keep a stock of spares including servers, PCs laptops, printers and
virtual hosts. We can further tailor our spares stock to meet your
needs.
E-Helpdesk
Regardless of what support option you go for, a support call can be
logged at any time day or night with our electronic helpdesk. When a
call is logged an acknowledgement is created automatically and allocated
to an on-call engineer who will be alerted to the new call.
On Site Support
Whilst our remote service can solve most issues, we also offer an
on-site service. This can be on a pay as you use basis at a discounted
rate for remote support customers, or as a fully inclusive option. We
are qualified and specialise in Microsoft products including Microsoft
Exchange, Dynamics CRM, Sharepoint Portal Server, Office Sharepoint
Server, Microsoft ISA Server, Forefront, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows
operating systems, Office and more. As a Microsoft gold partner, we
enjoy full support from Microsoft on supported applications and systems
to ensure that your issues are resolved no matter how big the problem
is.
Hardware Support
For larger assets, we can offer support contracts directly from the
manufacturer at competitive rates such as:
- SmartNet contracts on Cisco devices
- Care Packs on HP servers, printers, laptops and PCs
- Dell support contracts
- Extended cover on a wide range of equipment from a range of vendors.
Contracts vary between vendors but start at 2 hour mission critical
support 24/7 to 3 day response contracts to fit your needs and budgets.
Other assets are covered by our own expertise and our large stock of
spares.
Network Support
As a Cisco Select partner, we have qualified staff who can diagnose
faults, and provide expertise to keep your network running smoothly. We
provide network expertise for a number of NHS trusts, and provide
metropolitan area networks for Northumbria Police.
Out of Hours Support
All of the above services can be provided during hours to suit the
customer up to 24/7/365 support allowing a customer to talk directly to
the engineer on call at any time on any day of the year.
