Support can be bought in the following ways:

  • Annual contract - comprehensive cover and support on hardware and / or software

  • Pre-paid token support - buy telephone support incidents or engineer time up front and call on our support whenever you need it with no monthly ongoing monthly fees no commitment.

  • Ad-hoc support - call on our support services as and when you need it at pre-agreed rates.

  • Custom support - mix and match any of our support offerings to build your own customised package to suit your needs and the needs of your company or organisation.

Support can be delivered in the following ways:

  • On-site and in person

  • Over the telephone

  • Using our remote control software

  • Any combination of the above as appropriate
